I have a new Chandelier! So old and so pretty.
Aren’t the glass prisms gorgeous? For my pitty I got the chandelier after the photo-shootings for the book. Well so I have the pleasure to show you some pictures here on my blog. Combined with the white ruffles and the Toile wallpaper the french look is more than perfect.
The little Rose is now definitely the last one from my garden. Can you guess which sort? I bet you won’t guess it right…
It is an Eden 85! Yes, a very late Eden-Blossom – after the first frost the blooms became a very strange colour and sense of touch, like a sort of soft leather or just like wax-covered.

Ein toller Leuchter der super zur Geltung kommt mit der herrlichen Tapete! Wie Du nur immer an solche Schätze rankommst ... ;-)
AntwortenLöschenIch habe auch eine Edenrose 85 im Garten, allerdings blüht die schon lange nicht mehr ... Dafür haben wir im Spätsommer 2 Sorten "Giardina" gepflanzt, die sogar heute noch jeweils 3-4 Blüten trägt. Seitdem allerdings "Carmen" in unserem Garten gewütet hat sind nur noch ein bis zwei Knospen übriggeblieben. Die werde ich kommende Woche ins Haus holen!

AntwortenLöschenYour Eden bloom is lovely. I have some still hanging on the bush as well and they also have taken on the leathery texture that comes with the heavy frosts. These will hang on most of the Winter to enjoy until the snow completely covers them.
I just LOVE coming here and getting my beauty fix!

AntwortenLöschendas ist ein einmaliges super schönes Stück, find ich total schööööön.... Voralem mit dieser Tapete im Hintergrund, wunderschön.
Und was die Rose betrifft, meine Rosen haben nach dem Frost im Oktober auch eine ganz andere Farbe gehabt als ursprüglich. Habe momentan nur noch Knospen an den Rosenstöcke, aber ob sie noch aufgehen werden... glaube kaum.
